Nathan Throneberry

Aaron Kirchner



Principal Broker and partner, Aaron Kirchner, was born in Long Island, NY, raised on the West coast of Florida and has been a Williamson county, Franklin, TN resident for the past 22 years.

Aaron has been professionally involved in real estate for over 25 years and holds his real estate license in both Florida and Tennessee. Aaron is a Realtor, Principal Broker and partner with Homes Of Tennessee. Aaron has a sincere passion for real estate and manages his own personal real estate portfolio. He understands the real estate sales process inside and out, from beginning to end. He enjoys sharing his experience and expertise with his clients. Aaron upholds the highest level of ethics and carefully selects professional agents to be part of our firm. Since real estate is typically the largest asset anybody will ever own, he knows how important each transaction is to his clients. He has his MBA in Quality and Leader ship Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. His business experience in “Corporate America “ serves as an added value assisting clients in a multitude of business transactions. Aaron believes in serving each and every client with the highest level of professionalism and dedication to achieving their real estate goals. He is a volunteer with GetFit Franklin, Williamson County Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center (EIC) as a mentor and coach, and he’s a Leadership Franklin alumni. In addition to serving the community, Aaron enjoys lifting weights and exercising daily, participating in triathlons, social dancing and walking regularly in downtown Franklin with his wife of 16 years, Lisa and two dogs, Stella and Butler. Aaron is very grateful for being able to do what he loves while helping others and is blessed to call such a wonderful community home.


Jen Tooley



Joining the Luxury Homes of Tennessee team in Murfreesboro, as Principal Broker and Managing Partner, Jen Tooley has been a real estate agent for over four years. “Every deal is different,” she says on why she enjoys her career. “I get an incredible amount of job satisfaction helping agents grow, playing a role in a flourishing firm, and helping my clients achieve home ownership.” A tenacious problem-solver who strongly advocates for her clients, Jen has grown in leaps and bounds in her journey as an agent, winning Rookie of the Year in 2016 to leading a top producing team.


Christi Powers



Murfreesboro-raised Christi Powers enjoys hiking, climbing and going to the lake with her family – and naturally, she loves introducing Middle Tennessee to those who are new to the area. She became an estate agent 3 years ago after working at Regions Bank for four years, where she quickly worked her way to the position of Branch Manager. The University of Mobile alumnus has sold $6 million’s worth of property in 2019, with another $3 million in sight before the end of the year. “My goal is to help people accomplish their property, financial and family goals through real estate,” says Christi, who enjoys taking good care of her clients through what can be a stressful situation. She truly enjoys people and loves spending time with old friends and meeting new friends – “Often times, my clients turn into friends!” And this is one of the main reasons she chose Homes of Tennessee: “This firm truly cares for our clients and works to ensure they have all the options and information to make the best decisions.” Christi has four kids aged 10, 8, 5 and 2, who should be adopted in 2020.


Maxwell Britton

Johnny Cobb



With a background in security and IT as an independent contractor, Johnny was employee of the year for Saint Thomas of Rutherford in 2008 and has been an estate agent for about two years. The graduate of MTSU has been on many mission trips overseas, so it’s no surprise that he most enjoys helping others in his role as an agent. He considers his best attributes to be kindness, honesty, great listening skills and attention to detail, all of which have gone towards finding his clients their perfect home. In his spare time, Johnny volunteers in the community as a youth basketball coach, sharing the skills he gained playing pro basketball overseas.


Michael Gudvangen



California native and a Veteran of the US Army, Michael Gudvangen has been living in Tennessee for the past 14 years.  His innate willingness to go above and beyond to exceed his clients’ expectations has earned him multiple awards for his customer service. In his relationships with his customers, Michael brings his ability to listen and deliver what is asked for – and, importantly, he manages to maintain those strong relationships through effective communication.  In his first year as a real estate agent he quickly became his firm’s top agent, and in the last two years has sold 28 properties to the value of $7,000,000. Michael is married with one child and another on the way and enjoys spending time with family and friends outdoors. “I love building friendships with my clients,” says Michael. “The happiness you bring an individual or family on the day you close is the best part of being an agent.”


Amira Hamwia



Amira was born and raised in Murfreesboro and has a background in television and news production. Naturally, then, she works well under pressure and has excellent communication skills, which she uses to keep everyone in the buying and selling process informed, making it seamless.

She loves helping people to better their lives through accumulating wealth through real estate, and says “I love how rewarding it feels to impact the lives of my clients in such a positive way.”

In her spare time she is passionate about traveling locally and abroad, and enjoys Latin and swing dancing. She also loves volunteering regularly at her local church in the production department.

Amira lives in Murfreesboro with her son and fiance. Her son attends high school in Rutherford County.


Ashlee Hurst



Ashlee Brandon Hurst is a native of the Murfreesboro community. Having lived here her entire life, Ashlee has seen the rapid growth and is excited to focus her talents back to the community. Ashley Jennings



“I just love homes,” says Ashley, who was born and raised in Murfreesboro. “I enjoy the whole process, but I especially love helping people find the perfect one.” She’s most looking forward to meeting new people and believes that communication is the most important attribute of a real estate agent – and something that she excels at. “It’s essential to make everyone feel important and heard,” says Ashley. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, boating and crocheting, and spending time with her husband Jamie and their four children.


Arkendra Johnson



Born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, Arkendra loves enhancing the lives of people through real estate – and she especially enjoys helping them reach the goals they thought were unattainable.

With a knack for problem-solving, she embraces any challenges that crop up, and quickly gets to the heart of her clients’ needs – characteristics that have served her well in her role as an estate agent. In fact, last year saw Arkendra achieve $3 Million in sales.

In her spare time she volunteers in the community, serves as trustee for Realtor Good Works Foundation, and enjoys traveling with her family and trying out new restaurants.


Chase Knowles



Born and raised in Wilson County in the Nashville area, Chase spent almost 20 years in various leadership roles at a Fortune 40 home improvement business before deciding to apply that knowledge and experience to his passion, real estate. His new role in real estate allows him to focus on serving others. “At my core, this is who I am!” says Chase. “I have a drive to meet and exceed the expectations of those clients and customers I serve.” Chase and his wife, Erin, and they have two beautiful daughters.


Jason LaForte



In 2017, after spending over 20 years working in upper management at a home improvement company, Jason decided to apply all of his experience and knowledge to his true passion – real estate.

“I take great pride in everything I do, and have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results while taking excellent care of my clients and customers,” he says.

Born and raised in Nashville, Jason is extremely familiar with the entire surrounding area. He attended MTSU where he met his wife, who is a teacher at Middle Tennessee Christian School – together they have two daughters.

Jason has quickly become a multi-million dollar producer and looks forward to helping you and many others in the future.


Nancy McCaskill



After realising her passion for real estate at a young age, Nancy is a firm advocate of financial intelligence and home ownership, and even bought her first home and rental property at 19. After moving from Boston to Tennessee in 2000 to work for National Dance Clubs, she continued to build her real estate portfolio to include residential and commercial property, business commercial leasing and residential rental property management. Her drive and strong work ethic saw her excel within National Dance Clubs, and now as an agent with the Homes of Tennessee team, Nancy strives to give the best possible service and experience for her clients. “I hope to help encourage first time buyers and clients find their perfect home,” she says. In her free time, she still enjoys dancing as well as spending time with her 3 children.


Jake Monroe



Jake Monroe is what has become increasingly rare: a Nashville native, and because he is a local, Jake has a superb understanding of the nuances of not only the more established neighborhoods but also the up-and-coming areas of Middle Tennessee.

Jake’s focus is on creating a great experience, and he loves working with other agents to get the best deal for his clients. He has also built close relationships with builders and land developers. People who know him like working with him, and he has sold properties from $300k–$1million+. Jake has built his business on referrals because he is known to be tenacious, trustworthy, and fun to work with.

Jake has worked as a green energy consultant, a salesman, recruiter, and sales manager, and owns a small remodeling business. He has received several awards in sales, but his favorite one was from a Franklin startup company for the highest reviewed and most reviewed sales consultant.

When he’s not working you can find Jake hanging out at coffee shops in Franklin, where he lives, or trying out new restaurants with his wife. He also loves exploring the South camping and hiking with his son. When at home, he is constantly followed around by his dog, Gromit, a King Charles Cavalier.


Kristina Powers



Looking to meet new people from different areas and backgrounds (and finding them their dream home!), Houston-born Kristina Powers recently joined the Luxury Homes of Tennessee team as an agent.

Kristina goes above and beyond for her clients, has a keen eye for details, and shows patience and understanding – no doubt skills gained during her time as a stay-at-home mom to two children (Emilie and Cooper).

Kristina has been married to Burt for almost 15 years, and in her spare time enjoys walking the trails in her neighborhood and cheering on her kids at their soccer games.


Stephanie Stoner



Stephanie has over a decade of real estate experience and specializes in luxury properties and fine homes. Utilizing her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration combined with her experience serving on the Salvation Army Board of Directors as well as numerous school boards, church committees and social committees, Stephanie ensures that every transaction is handled smoothly and professionally.

With a passion for helping others, whether it’s to find their dream home or to just bring them joy, Stephanie is renowned among clients and colleagues alike. Stephanie, originally from Alabama, resides in Murfreesboro with her husband Stephen, a local pastor, and her two sons. She also enjoys spending her free time at the beach.


Hollie Baker



Tennis-fanatic Hollie Baker grew up in Virginia Beach, and has a degree in Industrial Engineering as well as an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Before becoming an agent in March 2019, he held various leadership positions in fields such as engineering, manufacturing, and logistics. Veronika Brinkley



Hailing from Regensburg, Germany, Veronika previously held the position of Assistant Vice President for Bank of America, where she won numerous awards for outstanding customer service. She brings her passion for client care to her current role as a Homes of Tennessee agent, a company she joined to work with the best in the industry. Veronika finds helping clients to be the most rewarding aspect of her job and complementing her client-focused attitude is a skill for negotiations. These two traits combined have seen her sell $5.5m’s worth of property over the last year. In her spare time, Veronika enjoys soccer and spending time with her family and husband, who retired from the United States Marine Corps after 20 years of service.


Colby Dirickson



Bringing his boundless, light-hearted energy to his role as real estate agent, action sport enthusiast Colby Dirickson hails from California and served in the military before entering the world of real estate.
