Principal Broker and partner, Aaron Kirchner, was born in Long Island, NY, raised on the West coast of Florida and has been a Williamson county, Franklin, TN resident for the past 22 years.

Aaron has been professionally involved in real estate for over 25 years and holds his real estate license in both Florida and Tennessee. Aaron is a Realtor, Principal Broker and partner with Homes Of Tennessee. Aaron has a sincere passion for real estate and manages his own personal real estate portfolio. He understands the real estate sales process inside and out, from beginning to end. He enjoys sharing his experience and expertise with his clients. Aaron upholds the highest level of ethics and carefully selects professional agents to be part of our firm. Since real estate is typically the largest asset anybody will ever own, he knows how important each transaction is to his clients. He has his MBA in Quality and Leader ship Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Murfreesboro-raised Christi Powers enjoys hiking, climbing and going to the lake with her family – and naturally, she loves introducing Middle Tennessee to those who are new to the area. She became an estate agent 3 years ago after working at Regions Bank for four years, where she quickly worked her way to the position of Branch Manager. The University of Mobile alumnus has sold $6 million’s worth of property in 2019, with another $3 million in sight before the end of the year. “My goal is to help people accomplish their property, financial and family goals through real estate,” says Christi, who enjoys taking good care of her clients through what can be a stressful situation. With a background in security and IT as an independent contractor, Johnny was employee of the year for Saint Thomas of Rutherford in 2008 and has been an estate agent for about two years. The graduate of MTSU has been on many mission trips overseas, so it’s no surprise that he most enjoys helping others in his role as an agent. He considers his best attributes to be kindness, honesty, great listening skills and attention to detail, all of which have gone towards finding his clients their perfect home. Ramsey Hall grew up in south Louisiana and has lived in Middle Tennessee for the last 30 years. She is a graduate of MTSU and had a successful career as a studio jeweler before earning her real estate license in 2015.

In her 5 years in real estate, Ramsey has worked together with other agents to make the buying and selling process as stress-free as possible for her clients. “I really enjoy getting to know my clients and love the hunt for the home that fits their lifestyle. Ramsey loves to travel, meet new people, roam art museums, and explore the greenways and hiking trails of middle Tennessee with her rescued Jack Russell Terrier, Tulip.


Amira Hamwia



Amira was born and raised in Murfreesboro and has a background in television and news production. Naturally, then, she works well under pressure and has excellent communication skills, which she uses to keep everyone in the buying and selling process informed, making it seamless.

Nancy McCaskill



After realising her passion for real estate at a young age, Nancy is a firm advocate of financial intelligence and home ownership, and even bought her first home and rental property at 19. After moving from Boston to Tennessee in 2000 to work for National Dance Clubs, she continued to build her real estate portfolio to include residential and commercial property, business commercial leasing and residential rental property management. Her drive and strong work ethic saw her excel within National Dance Clubs, and now as an agent with the Homes of Tennessee team, Nancy strives to give the best possible service and experience for her clients. “I hope to help encourage first time buyers and clients find their perfect home,” she says. Jake Monroe



Jake Monroe is what has become increasingly rare: a Nashville native, and because he is a local, Jake has a superb understanding of the nuances of not only the more established neighborhoods but also the up-and-coming areas of Middle Tennessee.

Jake’s focus is on creating a great experience, and he loves working with other agents to get the best deal for his clients. He has also built close relationships with builders and land developers. People who know him like working with him, and he has sold properties from $300k–$1million+. Jake has built his business on referrals because he is known to be tenacious, trustworthy, and fun to work with.

Jake has worked as a green energy consultant, a salesman, recruiter, and sales manager, and owns a small remodeling business. He has received several awards in sales, but his favorite one was from a Franklin startup company for the highest reviewed and most reviewed sales consultant.

When he’s not working you can find Jake hanging out at coffee shops in Franklin, where he lives, or trying out new restaurants with his wife. He also loves exploring the South camping and hiking with his son. When at home, he is constantly followed around by his dog, Gromit, a King Charles Cavalier.

Clark Powers

Clark is constantly learning and fine-tuning his skills and has completed courses at Cornell and Columbia University. He brings a high level of intensity and organization to his role.

In his spare time, Clark enjoys unwinding at the lake on weekends with his wife, Christi, and their four kids.


Kristina Powers



Looking to meet new people from different areas and backgrounds (and finding them their dream home!), Houston-born Kristina Powers recently joined the Luxury Homes of Tennessee team as an agent.

Kristina goes above and beyond for her clients, has a keen eye for details, and shows patience and understanding – no doubt skills gained during her time as a stay-at-home mom to two children (Emilie and Cooper).

Kristina has been married to Burt for almost 15 years, and in her spare time enjoys walking the trails in her neighborhood and cheering on her kids at their soccer games.

Carla Rogers

Creativity comes naturally to Carla, and with a background in interior design, she can easily update and stage homes beautifully using existing décor.

The former hair stylist has been a real estate agent since 2015, and while she doesn’t know quite how many homes she’s sold, she knows that she’s made a lot of families happy! Carla particularly enjoys discovering the ‘needle in a haystack’ house: “I enjoy getting to know my clients’ needs and interests so that I can find them the perfect place to call home,” she says.

Carla has been married to Chris for over 30 years, and they have an adult daughter, Brittany, who lives in California. Her hobbies include painting furniture, painting with acrylics, and gardening.

Seth Rowley truly does have a deep passion for Commercial Real Estate. Seth is unique, knowledgeable, and motivated licensed commercial agent. Seth has experienced and specialized in commercial real estate sales, leasing of retail, office, industrial, special uses including church’s, and schools, as well perpetual leases for cell phone tower companies. He is a local market expert from Murfreesboro to Nashville and works throughout the Middle Tennessee region.

A Murfreesboro native, Drew has enjoyed seeing this small town become a vibrant city. With family all over middle Tennessee, the greater Nashville area has become his backyard.

Like many middle Tennessee natives, Drew attended The University of Tennessee Knoxville where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and human resources with a minor in leadership psychology. “It’s rewarding to help people accomplish the goal of buying or selling their home and helping them move to the next chapter in their lives. I love to see people reach their goals!”

Prior to residential real estate, Drew spent several years in property management overseeing properties for investors by securing lease contracts for tenants. Drew has immense knowledge from experiences with high and mid-rise buildings, student housing, tax credit section 8, pre-construction, new construction, and Class A housing. In 2019, Drew received the national sales associate of the year award from a nationwide developer.

When not assisting clients, Drew enjoys cooking spicy food, going on runs through wooded trails, and has a “green-thumb”. “I’m the oldest of three boys, and I’m very close with my family. And, I love spending time with our family Labradoodle named Sugar Bear!”
